We take every report seriously, in line with the requirements of the health authority in each GCC market. Anyone may report — healthcare professionals, patients or carers.

Reporting a side effect
We record every report, notify the marketing authorisation holder, and report to the health authorities as local requirements demand.
Please include
The product name and, if available, the batch number and expiry date.
What happened, and when it started.
The age and sex of the person affected — a name is not required.
Any other medicines being taken.
Your contact details, so we can follow up.
Personal information in a safety report is used only for pharmacovigilance. You may also report directly to the Ministry of Health; reporting to us does not replace that route.

For scientific or technical information about a product we represent, write to us using the address below. We respond using information approved by the marketing authorisation holder, normally within two working days.
